I want to quick off the mark for league. I play in the backs. What training can i use to improve my explosiveness. or to be quick off the mark.

Power cleans will aid your explosive strength, however for rugby you need to look at doing plyometrics as well, as these will increase your explosive power. Sprint training will also help.
