Explain this to me please (whey) - Wednesday, June 18, 2008 7:44 PM
A. Do companies find different ways of obtaining whey that gives them different Aminos?

B. Do they create and Blend all the Amino's to give us Whey Protein?

C. Does the Body just take the whey protein and break it down into the Amino complexes it needs for repair, so basicaly companies are basically lying to us with some of their claims and advertising.

D. Or is they whey just mixed with other Aminos?

I was just wonder Because all I remember from Biology is that a Protein is 2 or more Aminoes in some sort of bond or complex or something along those lines that finds its way to the right receptor cell to be used. Almost like puzzel Pieces right?

Next question is that in that case wouldn't BCAA's (Just themselves the stuff u can by as a seperate smaller tub) be considered protein content on the label? If that makes any sens.
