Hi, I have a few bottles of Twinlab HMB Fuel that I bought around 6-7 months ago. I took them for a while, and I had no problems. THen I stopped taking them for a while, and then about 1 month ago, i took some. After i took them i started to feel really sick, dizzy, etc... I thought maybe i was just sick. Then the other day I gave them another try, and I got the same feeling. Should i just trash these? Or do i need to take them for a few days to get back into taking them? I dont see an expiration date on them, so im not sure what to do. Is it safe to take expired supplements? Thanks!!

Should i just trash these? Trash them. No supplement should make you feel like crap and you have to suffer a few days to get back into it.. Chuck them. quote:
Is it safe to take expired supplements? Protein, Glutamine, and Creatine can be taken up to 6 months after the expiration.. they don't get back, they lose their effectiveness. Depends on the supplement really. In your explanation, I would say no.. it's not. You feel like crap. Twice. If it's not because of the expiration, it's because it is giving you a reaction. Not worth it. I'd say the above 3 I listed and maybe vitamins.. would be okay 6 months after but that's about it.. really depends on the supplement.
