I've been training for a few years and have used most of the basic performance supplements but I honestly never used a product that helped me anywhere near as much as this.
Its not a bench shirt. I helped me make gains in my entire upper body - both push and pull lifts. My start and finish log is listed below. The poundages I measured last Monday were WITHOUT wearing the shirt, so the gains are real. I'm hitting even bigger poundages when I'm wearing the shirt.
