Ever feel guilty?
-
Friday, August 18, 2006 10:56 AM
Yesterday I gave up the chance to go out with some friends because it was arm day and didn't feel any kind of remorse. My brother has to hide the fact he is actually going to the gym on certain days from his girlfriend or else he'll get in some kind of arguement with her. Do any of you ever encounter these obstacles while trying to reach you goals?

I guess I am lucky. Most of my friends want to lift with me so it is never really a problem. -Kyle

I go every other day and still never have problems with missing out with friends/girldfriend. They usually tell me not to make plans on saturday night or something like that so I will go in the morning. I also workout with a couple of my friend sometimes.
If it wasn't painfully difficult then you didn't do it right age:18 5' 81/2" 173 lbs goal : 195 supplements: Multi, fish oil

Same here, my friends only make me go to gym, I enjoy going with some one else than on my own, plus its safety too! :) Just adjust your time, so that when you go to gym your friends will be doing something!
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts! Age: 18 Height: 5' 7" Weight: 166 lb Current Status: Bulking

I was bombarded with "thats really sad" when i stated my birthday is a wednesday and that i would indeed be going to the gym still Giving up a back/leg day (just 1 hour) so i can celebrate me coming to this world, which ive done loads of times now, NO WAY! lol. Do whatever you want to you're yourself, if someone has a problem with you-thats there problem, as long as you dont break any laws-do whatever you want to your hearts content.
