Evaluate my stack

About to start stacking these, just tell me what to take out or to add. Creatine Ethyl Ester ( Not sure if i want to take this yet ) Beta-Alanine Mega Men Sport Wheybolic Extreme 60 ( Not taking all 3 scoops bc 60g of protein each time is a waste ) Hydrocut Hardcore Vitamin D ( was reading up on it and it may help prevent cancer, which runs strong in my favmily ) Chewable Fish Oil Triflex ( because i've broken plenty of bones and have a plate w screws in ankle and i know that this helps me from previously taking it ) Milk Thistle Thermo Pump ( don't know if i should take this w hydroxycut, they both have caffeine ) Also I have a good clean diet, and im drinking around a gallon of water a day if not more. And another question, with the Wheybolic protein, it says it has 7.7g of leucine, how much leucine can your body truly absorb at one time? And if im taking the protein is there any need to take BCAA tabs bc aminos are already in the protein? Thanks for responses, looking for constructive criticism, and helpful tips.

I love sarcasim. Thats why i'm asking what can be taken out, and i know most people just recommend a healthy diet w protein and a vitamin.

Yeah I've taken mono before and it worked alright in high school, i just hated the water retention i had from it. I'll probably research more on CEE before i take it. Any recommendations on either Hydroxycut or Thermo pump, as in which one to take? They were both free and both made by muscletech. I believe Thermo Pump is like Hydroxycut w a NO booster in it. I may just say screw it and just drink some coffee and take l-arginine on its own. And i was thinking the same on BCAA's, i was considering buying ONs bottle of it because theres a crap ton of tabs in each bottle, and i think that their liquid is disgusting haha.

Thanks for responses, looking for constructive criticism, and helpful tips. definatly take some creatine. it's been proven that taking beta alanine along with creatine helps you gain 1 more pound a week and lose fat compared to just taking creatine. edit: you definatly don't need the thermopump with the hydroxycut. too much caffeine can mess with your heart

Yeah i was gonna get CEE-Hi Def, but it was cheaper for me to just get the CEE and beta alone. And I personally love Beta-alanine because of its positive effects on my w/o. I get longer ones and it makes me extremely focused.

I will. Something i read on their labels though about not taking Switch w CEE. I'm just going to get their old formula of Anabolic Switch bc its alot cheaper even though it has alot more sugars etc etc

well i take protein before and two bcaa's. i don't have room in my stomach for 8 oz before and after, especially since i have a protein shake and a meal afterwards. i only have 1 serving of it.
