While on a cycle of 1ad and 4ad the 4ad will make you retain water. If you were to also take a estrogen crippler at the same time. Would you be able to keep the 4ad effects of keeping the libdo up while killing the water weight gains?

That' s one side effect I' ve not read when looking at the 1-AD/4-AD stack. Most people seem to think the 4-AD helps to keep the gains and give you some mass while the 1-AD does nicely in the strength department.

I' d take an " estrogen killer" the day after you quit your cycle. Not sure if I' ve seen anywhere that recommends you take that during a 1-AD/4-AD cycle. Always seen it taken after.

Yea I have read alot of other peoples post about there post cycles. I was just trying to figure out if by taking the estrogen crippler during the cycle if you could kill the water retenion and still only gain lean mass.

If that makes senes

Yes, 4-ad will make you retain water.
If you want to take an anti-e during cycle, Formastane by ergopharm is decent.

6-Oxo is best post cycle.

I' d just wait until after though.

Estrogen is very important in maintaining a healthy sex drive. This is a drawback of suppressing estrogen.
