Ergent HELP!!!! MY PEKS!!!!! READ!!!! - Friday, September 09, 2005 3:13 PM
I am 16 , 17 in November

I started using the weights in the gym for about 2 months now and i have slowly gained muscle and my peks are increasing in size, but my left pek seams to be bigger than the right pek! It doesn't make sence because my right arm is stronger as then you would think the right pek would be bigger but it isn't! my left pek is bigger and noticable in my eyes!

What i do in the gym is Dumbel press, i use 12.5kg dumbell weight

And also i go on a machine were a betal bar is on the floor attached to some weights and i grab the bar and pull it up to just under my waist and then pull it up to my chest i use 70 something weight on that.

THATS ALL I DO AS I WANT NICE PEKS AND ARMS

BUT MY LEFT PEK IS BIGGER THAN THE RIGHT ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED AND HOW I CAN OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM????

Any suggestions would help alot

Thanks

My left pec is bigger than my right and i'm right handed. its just something u can't worry about. no two muscles in a muscle grow are gonna be the same size. u might find that one bicep is gonna be bigger than the other. nothing to worry about. even arnold had something like that, his right bicep peaked higher than his left. no worries man.

Well, it is natural for one pectorial to be bigger than the other. This is natural because people are not exactly symetrical. I would lift a little longer and see if they start to even out.
