Powder helps a little bit but you wont see any results anyways without eating the right amount of calories and protein in real food.

bodybuilda15 o yah i remember my true numbers...are you legit right now seriously im on here for answers not to be taunted by some kids. Don't try to act that those were true again. We all proved you wrong. As you said, your body is used to the powder. Try going off of it for two or three weeks, then when you go back on it your body will get the boost it needs. You will still get results if you don't use it. Seriously try going without it for a few weeks and you'll be just fine. Then if you really feel you need it then take it.

seriously..... this is not "urgent"...... as for you not being able to lift without the NO, that as well is not true, thats just what supplement companies sub-conciously get you to think with their fancy wording. in acuallity your bodyhas probably adapted to the massive amounts of arginine, and your probably not really getting the effect you were initially. try not taking it for a while and just gettin your diet in check and cramin in the calories

Really? Seriously?... Mmk so I typed out this long rant about this whole thread...and my computer screwed it up, so I'll give ya the short version. You said it yourself, your bod has adapted to the N.O. so take a week or 2 off and then get back on it if you feel the need, but you are way to dependent on your powder. Lift hard, eat big, get rest. That will get you the results you want. N.O. obviously is not going to HURT your results, but you make it sound like you can't see results without it, which is wrong. And a good pump does not always translate to good results. You do know that you make most of your gains outside of the weight room, right? When you are eating right and getting rest, not when you are in the gym for hours on end working on that good pump for the mirror. And it is spelled URGENT, not ERGENT...Dear Lord...

Pumakrieg, i remember you made fun of bodybuilda on the other thread where he lied about his numbers. LOL. I am just observing this and I kind of agree about the bad spelling :)
