    I lifting weight from 6 months. I work for 4 day a week. Sleeps 8-9 hours. Managing my diet (2400-2500 cal.) a day. During the day I feel lazy and like my lacking in energy. I don't take any supplement or pills. Eat Fruits, Nuts, Vegetables, Chapati(of Wheat), Milk, Eggs. Please do suggest me what can I do to maintain a good energy level throughout the day. well how much do you weigh and how tall are you?  If you are trying to gain muscle mass your daily caloric intake seems kinda low, but that depends on your weight, height, %BF and among other things.

Well I weigh 64 kgs. I am 5'7". Body fat will around 15%. I eat after every 3 hours(Each of nearlyapprox. 400 Cal.) User Posted Image
