I'd opt for some source of complex carbohydrates and protein, chicken, veggies and brown rice is a great meal.

Before I workout, I sleep. It's the best. I do BCAA and my preworkout drink (superpump250 or the like) I have body fat that needs to be burned. I eat well once I return from my workout. If I was a lean machine I would do exactly what MVP stated above.

but i dont eat or drink any processed food. I mean even these protein powders and amino acid pills i dont want ot use them. Lots of my friends say that honey makes your body on heat like an oven!! And i am looking for some food that is easy to intake and doesnt take lontime to digest. so what do you think??

Honey is basically a sugar. I don't use it. Honey actually contains the same basic sugar units as table sugar. Both contain glucose and fructose. Granulated table sugar, or sucrose, has glucose and fructose hooked together, whereas in honey, fructose and glucose remain in individual units. Fructose is sweeter than glucose, which is one of the reasons fructose is used in so many food products today. However, fructose does not convert to energy as efficiently as glucose. As a result, processed foods containing granulated sugar high in fructose convert to fat stores more easily than honey.
