RE: Endothil-CR - Monday, February 05, 2007 9:29 AM ( #31 )
Hey what's up people. I have been lifting for several years now, usually just taking the regular HMB and ZMA supplements plus Nitro-Tech Protein. So I heard about endothil and this is what I got:

Age: 22
Height : 6'2

Before Endothil (in inches):              After 1 month of Endothil (In inches):
weight: 263lbs                               256lbs
neck: 21                                       No change
chest: 49                                      No change
arms : 21                                       1/4 inch addition
forearms: 16                                  18
waist: 38                                       No change
thighs: 28                                       1/2 inch addition
calves: 19                                     20

Followed directions completely and thoroughly. I isolated each major muscle group day by day, and each week cycled the group to shock the body. Also my regular 15mins of cardio to end the day of lifting. My schedule looked something similiar to this (This is being completely vague and general but here it is):

Mon: chest
Tues: legs
Weds: back
Thurs: Tris
Fri: calves
Sat: bi's

Than the next week the group would shift up. For example.. Mon: legs tues: back and so on.

My 1 month test concluded I recieved major gains in my forearms and calves with minor weight loss.

I did NOT use the lifting guide presented in the box of Endothil, but besides that I did everything until failure.

My major lifts such as my squat and deadlift stayed the same until the 3rd week where I increased my squat by 10lbs and my deadlift by 20lbs.

To be completely honest.. Personally Ive seen better gains taking nothing at all.

In conclusion: I believe the structure of one's body is in fact relevent to the gains aquired by Endothil-CR. Luckily a friend of mine works for the local GNC and I simply brought it back for a refund since they do gurantee this product to work 100%. And if you ask me, its wayyyy overpriced.

Hope I was some sort of help to you all. Happy gains people.

Take care

(edit) The taste is completely horrid.. But what I did was hold my nose chewing the tablet breathing only through my mouth. After the tablet was successfully crushed within my mouth I let it soak with my saliva for about 30 seconds-1min. Than swallowed..  But yes it taste like eating a burnt book of matches.

RE: Endothil-CR - Thursday, March 29, 2007 2:14 PM ( #33 )
I've been taking Endothil for about 3 months or so. I honestly can't tell you the results I'm getting are from my workouts, from other supplements I'm taking, or from Endothil, but I continued to take Endothil as I've been very happy with my results so far. I've started an intense routine about 5 months ago, and I'm pretty sure the last 3 months have been much more efficient with the Endothil. I do not get sore anymore, and all my maxes went up quite a bit. I've tried to setup a routine where I can lose a large number of fatty tissue, and gain strength and muscle.

Currently I'm taking Hot Rox as a thermogenic compound to aid the fat loss, about 175grams of protein (I use Muscle milk and Whey mixture, so it contains some Creatine as well), and I use Endothil. 5 months ago I weighted 45lbs more and my waist was 4 inches larger. Now I've lost that weight (I'm 5'11", 32" waist, and 200lbs), but at the same time my bench went up from about 225 to 310, and not to mention other strength increases which I haven't kept track of. I've noticed the most gain once using Endothil and focusing on a single muscle group each day (S-Arms,M-Shoulders/Back,T-Arms,W-Off,T-Chest,F-Legs,S-Chest, abs and cardio every day if possible), and working that group to exhaustion.

So, I really think Endothil works, and I've been happy with my results. It is possible that it might be just my routine and the protein, but I plan to keep using it as it seemed that the last 3 months of taking it have helped me reach my goals.

yeah... so i just bought a box of this stuff and now i feel retarded after reading most of the posts from you all. It says you have to workout each muscle group to exhaustion.. but if you workout that ****in hard you would get great results anyway i would imagine right. I'm going to give it a shot just to see for myself since everyone is going back and forth with each other. hopefully i didnt waste my money - ill get back

You can probably get the same results working an isolated muscle to exaustion, then taking a pain reliever. If you work any muscle to exaustion, you will get results no matter what you take. It's like taking a pill that tells you not to eat anything to lose weight. You'll probably lose weight because you're not eating. The taste is horrible too.

RE: Day 27 on Endothil-CR - Monday, April 30, 2007 4:28 PM ( #38 )
unionjacker is absolutely right. So much depends on genetics. I try a lot of products; honestly, I feel that most do not work for me. I had great success with CellTech, but no success with any NO products, but that alone doesn't say anything about any of those products. If you can afford it and the product seems like what you are looking for, then go for it. But remember, the truth is genetics, diet, intensity, and sleep will have more impact on how much you grow than any (legal) supplement.

Protein would be a much better (And cheaper) option for you, Queenie. Look into L-Arginine and Horse Chestnut for increased circulation to your legs.

I am 15 days into a cycle on the Endothil, so far its ok, i am seeing gains. but very slight. the trick is isolation,isolation,isolation........combined with supersetting, when they say trama the company means trama. i have been using this porduct with creakic,nan0x9,hydroxyhardcore, and vitamins.

its does seem that i am building higer levels of lactic acid

overall its a decent product but i will probally not use it again unless something spectacular happens from here

claim: six-week body-building study, the active compound in Endothil-CR increased upper body strength by 100% and lower body strength by 249%

I definitely believe this claim is full-proof.... to people who've never lifted before.  And they would get those same results taking creatine and protein, if not better.  People who've never really lifted gain strength very quickly.  I believe their claim, but I think they should clarify that it's true for newbies only.

Hey guys, i want to try endothil but i just do not know what type of workout to follow. A workout that works along with the product would be terrific, any advice would be deeply appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Endothil is great, It has many advantages, But it is a All Body work out builder, and the only way you will get results is to totaly exaust your muscles on a daily basis. I.E.  Work at hard job , or work out every day.
I read about it in  Pop Science a while back and finaly got some a few months ago,  I work a hard job and move at least 10K of freight a night, for me it was great,  I put on 8lbs of muscle, Visible muscle the first month, my streingth went up, i am not sure about the 100% they claim on the ad, but it was a noticable diffrence.
I would fully reccomend it for anyone who has a  hard job, that is physicaly demanding,  as far as weight lifting and body building  i'm not sure if it would work, but it will all depend on the person, everyone is diffrent.
But i'm online now looking for a nother order, P.S.  go to excite and seach for it,  you can find it as low as $35 bucks a bottle, beats GNC's $55 +

the 100% increase doesnt mean you will have an increase of 100% on your previous max, just from their supplement over the placebo its 100%, which means if the placebo group gained 5 lbs on bench, the endothil would have increased 10 lbs
