Hahaha,  I have all-clad, and all-clad's other brand (cheaper not as perfect, line) stainless, no non stick surfaces, just so I can use metal in my pots and pans... and for other cooking techniques, that require stick... I like my pan sauces and a good sear to finish in the oven... way too much... ...
