I have fairly recent pain in my left elbow. it is unusual to me. It is almost like the point of the elbow bone itself hurts. I can rub that area hard and get some discomfort. It hurts some with a pressure feeling when I fully extend the arm and push for hyper extension (if you get that). I get some minor pressure pain when doing tricep pushdowns, but not during bench or rows or deadlifts or curls. (my main exercises right now).
There is not really any pain up the tricep nor down the forearm. Oddly it seems to be better if I try to 'crack' the elbow with full extension, but sometimes that just hurts and it doesnt 'crack'.
All in all, many of my joints hurt lately and feel the need to 'crack' them (ankles, wrists). But this elbow is the main issue.
Again, doesnt stop me from working out and I am not pushing through pain either. More after I workout in everyday duties.
** I will just add now, it does hurt just above the elbow bone on the back...which I would imagine is the tricep tendon...
Thoughts?
