Elbow issues

Anyone experienced elbow issues while working out? My pain does not come during pressing, but during pulls, i.e. curls. I bowl 3 days a week and I really rip the ball up. I know this plays into the equation, so what can I do to strengthen the elbow, before I have to shutdown to heal. Laser

Thanks!!! It sounds like you had the identical problem. Mine was terribly aggrevated when I curled. The pain has lessened now, but never went fully away. Now this situation makes sense. I will get some of the cream. Is it best used directly after workouts or at other times? Laser
