Elbow hurting baaad

Hey guys, last week doing triceps I didnt warm up and just about jumped right into doing some tricep work and felt pain on both my elbows. Now, Im pretty sure many of you know the exact pain Im talking about, you get it when you dont warm up before skull crushers and by the next set, you are used to it and the pain goes away. You all know it right? At least everyone local here knows what Im talking about I never had this pain in any other exercise but skull crushers before, but this time it hurt and it hurt bad. So I kept lifting as the pain went away after the 2nd or 3rd set. But this week going into triceps again, I warmed up good and stretched but I had this same exact pain on both my elbows, pretty severe. It took more than 3 sets to get used to it and the pain went away. Now later on in the day, when I mve my arm and stretch it, I feel the pain. Is this some sort of tendonitis but for elbows?

I have had my share of pains from things like tricep pulldowns and the french press with a 12lb dumbell. My advice, ditch exercises like that and do some pushups for the triceps, I mean around 125 to 150+ a day. Is the pain is where the tricep tendon attaches to a bone lump in your elbow? If you put your arm on the table and move the relaxed bicep muscle around, you feel the pain in your elbow? If so, I think you should read into tennis elbow. Go to webMD and check out tennis elbow, and do a search here on the forums, maybe a google search.
