iv heared that when you have them raw there is a thing in the body and in the egg that love each other and atract each other and turn into sumthing giving your body a biotin deficiency and you can not ever get rid of what it turns into hope that makes sense

when you cook anything, the bonds that make it what it is are changed. heat is an agent that denatures the peptides in proteins and therefore when you cook something you chemically change or alter its structure. therefore, cooking eggs is not as efficient as raw eggs but it is much safer and the difference in protein structure is so small that it really doesnt make any noticeable difference in your body. bottom line: if you can stomach raw eggs, go for it but make sure they're pastureized. if not, cooked eggs are just fine.

here this is kinda what i meant Raw egg white contains a biotin antagonist, avidin. Prolonged consumption of raw egg whites may result in dermatitis and glossitis, which respond rapidly to 150 to 300 µg biotin daily. Deficiency has also occurred during long-term TPN without supplementary biotin. the stuff in the egg and stuff in your body mix and change into somthing else and you cannot get rid of it out of your body (i think)

also look at this The signs and symptoms of biotin deficiency include hair loss which progresses in severity to include loss of eye lashes and eye brows in severely deficient subjects also again So it is likely that you will not have a biotin deficiency if you consume the whole raw egg, yolk and white. It is also clear, however, that if you only consume raw egg whites, you are nearly guaranteed to develop a biotin deficiency unless you take a biotin supplement..."
