hey guys! long time no post... lol
anyways, i was wondering bout something. i might get egg white powder to mix as a drink for postworkout. Does anyone know if egg white 'drink' is a good post-workout drink? i know that egg whites take about 4 hours to absorb... whereas whey takes not as long. and i KNOW that whey is better for a postworkout drink but i'm wondering if egg white powder mixed in a drink would be good still.

just take whey pre and post then ceasin at night(if your working out the next day) + i've never heard anybody here talking about so just screw the egg + i imagine it doesn't taste to good

That dude is actually my friend. Anyways we went to the place and it was actually closed, but the reception said they'd give us some samples (1kg), and I actually just tasted it, and it tastes ok. But we have decided to buy Whey from a place we found to be really cheap (Refer to the thread in the Out of Bounds).
