Egg White Recipes?
-

I tried using the search feature as I'm sure there are multiple threads re egg white recipes but couldn't find them. Found plenty of protein shakes recipes...good stuff. But I digress......can some one point me in the right directions. Currently I am using 5 eggs, 2 whole eggs and 3 just egg whites for my morning breakfast. It was suggested that I mix oats and cottage cheese with them but it taste like a-s and reminds me of spackle. Any suggestions to liven up the taste?? Also any other suggestion re getting more protein in my breakfast, I'm looking for quick and easy with everything going on in my hectic life....thanks again.

I would suggest something like: oat half a banana milk (skimmed or whole) 1 scoop of protein powder (vanila flavour would be best) 6 egg whites I bet you it will taste good :)

Salsa dude, that stuff on eggs is freakin awesome! Go to your closest wal-mart and buy a can of On the Border salsa. Scramble your eggs and then mix it up in a bowl, it taste like absolute Heavan on Earth. lol

Using the flakes make sure you put them in the pan first and heat them a bit to bring out all the flavor.

yeah salsa's a great idea. i usually sautee onions and green peppers with a bit of lean beef (and sometimes tomatoes) before i add the eggs. then a dash of habanero when i'm feeling special.
