Material : 2 eggs, 1 eel.
Methods :
1. smashed up two eggs then adding a little salt, MSG fried to egg peel.
2. Cut the ripe eel to 3 cm width eel rectangular tablets
3. Cut the fired egg peel into the 3cm width
4. Put the eel piece on the fried egg, slip the eel meat by hand then making thme into small volumes and decorated a little that will be OK.
