Hey all, I just bought a tube of 13 effervescent creatine tablets. Now the guy in the shop told me to take 6 a day, however on the back of the tube it says: Suggested Dosage: "1 tablet daily. Please do not exceed the recommended dosage". Each tablet contains 2000mg of Creatine but they advertise that 1 gram of effervescent creatines is equivalent to 3gs of normal creatine.
You can therefore understand my confusion.. 
Anyone have any suggestions on how many to take and if effervescent creatine is really that different?

Go by the label.  If it says do not going over that dose then don't.
