Lats, in my opinion, should maybe be a little wider. Otherwise pretty solid bulk, looks like you didnt gain to much bf. Cut a few pounds and your golden

I have more pics! I just started cutting down about 2 1/2 weeks ago and have dropped 15 lbs....i was @ 192, and am now a steady 177. I just started p90x about a week and a half ago. I havent lost any strength, but a little size around my chest, nothing to worry about...plz critique! Non Flexed Flexed Back Flexed

highly reccomend if you can follow diet plan properly. Ive only been on p90x for about a week and a half and have cut like 8 lbs of fat with minimal muscle loss. The second phase of the program is supposed to addd on muscle with an extremely clean bulk so im not worried about the loss of muscle.

8 lb. of fat? I don't think so. Mostly water weight..but yes p90x is good.

no pretty sure its fat maybe some muscle, i have lost 15 lbs total, 7 or 8 being water wieght, 7 or 8 being fat. i worded that wrong in my other comment, i have cut 8 lbs of fat in the three weeks since cutting. 4-6 being from p90x. i weighed 183 when i started p90x. i think i lost most of my water weight during my first week of cutting.

Maybe..I doubt it though you would be eating over 1300 calories less than you burn for each of those days though, highly unlikely.

The p90x diet is pretty insane, most strict ive ever used. No free meal, all fat free stuff, and all wheat. The first phase is designed for fat burning.....maybe youre right idk....but it looks and feels like ive lost about 4-6 lbs of fat since starting it. Obv i wont lose that in the third and fourth weeks, but for the first two, its possible while its still new to your body.
