I discovered Discuss Bodybuilding a few days ago and I love that I'm gaining a ton of good information. I have a question though, I haven't been able to address through the forum topics (or maybe I just haven't looked long enough)...I would like to be able to find a way to still eat healthy without having to cook all kinds of meals at home. I'm on the go from 5 a.m. till 5 p.m. with little chance of being at home. I have a gym accessable to me all throughout the day so at least that's not a problem. I want to make sure I'm eating about 2000 calories a day with the proper nutrition included but every time I come accross an online diet plan, the grocery list is from hell....and like I said, I don't have time to make meals at home. Please help, I'm driving myself nuts trying to figure this out. I realy would like to work out and eat properly.

Thanks. Do you think I'd miss out on nutrients with the freezing of meals? Does anyone know if I can purchase a product or products (meal replacement bars, shakes, vitamins, or anything ready to eat/take out of the package) that will work for me that allows me to gain the proper nutrients I need throughout the day instead of eating fresh food. I realize nothing is better than natural food so I am taking that into account. I can manage to make alot of boneless skinless chicken and things of that nature when I'm home after work but it's during the day that I think the problems arise and I'd like to be able to eat six meals a day. I would also like to mention because I didn't mention in the first posting that I'd like to lift in the gym to gain muscle but also lose weight (215 lbs. --5'8"-lots of fat). I purchased Nitro-Tech, Glutamine, Luekic, Gakic, calcium, fish oil, and a multi-vitamine but if I understand correctly, these supplements won't do any good without proper nutrition. I also purchased creatine mono which I decided not to use (on the advice of a co-worker) because I am trying to lose weight and would retain water. There has got to be a way to do this as I'm sure I am not the only one in this situation. I look forward to anyones feedback---also thanks again Broken09
