I went the gym today, I done a small amount of weights, I then went on the treadmill and done a 5km run (which took me 28 mins, wahoo) Anyway afterwards what foods should i eat, i mean i felt very tired and drained. I ended up having a sandwhich/crisps/apple/and some chocolate left over from easter for lunch. What would you guys reccomend eating after a run like that, as i am currently trying to reduce my bodyfat aswell. thanx

PROTEIN !!!!!!!!! Get a shake or eat something that contains lots of protein in the first 30 minutes after workout. Try not to go above 30g of protein...more than 30 is useless, you will not assimilate it...just poop it !

No, that's "Mr. Brain's ****gots" it's a breakfast sausage. Also reminding all americans, when he says he plays football, he means soccer.

take dextrose, or any other fast acting sugar (as in grape juice) and some type of fast digesting protein (ex. egg whites) the sugar will cause an insulin spike and then the egg whites will get through your system as quick as possible.
