Eating/Nutrition Question - Monday, February 23, 2009 5:19 PM ( #1 )
Ever since I started working out a little over a month ago... cardio 5 days a week, along with a different muscle group 5 days a week, my appetite has become ridiculous.

I will sit down for a meal and not ever get full, or if I do get full, I'll be hungry an hour later.  Thats another thing, I am constantly hungry.

Is this normal?  Is there anything I can do to suppress my appetite?

if your working out that hard, you will get hungry alot of the time becuase your body will need alot of nutrients, also if your a growing teenager you will get very hungry al lot the time.. eating lots of fibre, from vegetables, this will help keep you full.. also drinking plenty of water, becuase sometimes when we feel hungry we are actually just thirsty
