What's a persons opinion on these bars here, if you must have to eat them when out on the go? Bars - Supps101

Or any bars for that matter?

My personal fav at the moment is the Promax Bar by SportPharma. Enough sugar to be tasty. Enough protein to be a meal replacement bar. And I can eat it alone without a gallon of water to get it down.
