I've been doing some weights recently, and all I want to do in the evening is eat. Is there any way to control this constant craving?

well eating is good, eating healthy and getting your body on a schedule will get it used to eating at certain times, and you'll stop feeling so hungry in the evening. Just try to stay regular and you'll stop having the cravings. btw. what are you eating?

this expert about food once said:

do not share your breakfast with anyone, share your lunch with a friend, give your dinner to your enemy.

maybe not the exact words, i cant really remember but it was really close

Well, I have only found mostly junk in my fridge, so do you think a glass of milk will do well?

then, empty and restock! i had the same problem: you eat what you have, so i had to empty all the junk, and get the good stuff in. so now, even my cheat day involves going out of the house or else cheat day becomes cheat week!

ask rippedchick, she knows what shes talking about men!!!

(my little 2 pence worth!)
