Ease In, Or Go For It ? (York 1001) - Friday, February 29, 2008 12:20 AM ( #1 )

I have this bench, .. and a normal weight bench, Im only just starting out, Im trying to cut more than bulk, but I still want prominant, just not overwhelming muscles.
Should I start using this straight away or just keep using normal weights for a hile longer ?

IMO you should keep using the free weights instead of the multi bench. From what I can see from the picture you've got a pec deck which are very bad for your shoulders and a kind of lever bench press on which you won't be able to perform a decent chest press due to the lack of involvment from any stabaliser muscles. Wide arm pull-ups would be more effective than using the lat pulldown bar and if you want to add size to your legs then your squats would be infinatly better than the leg extensions.
You should post in the training section, state your goals and equipment.
