I got a free sample of this supplement today.

Haven't tested it out, was wondering if this is any good?
Is it good for weightlifting, cardio or what?

It contains..
400mg Taurine
250mcg Chromium
150mg Vit C
100mg L-Carnitine
75mg Caffeine
0.35g protein
90mg Potassium
205mg Sodium
