Just drink water. You should have enough energy from food, and if you don't, eat more food. Banana's are excellent sources of energy. Guarana is a MILD stimulant, so it will raise heart rate and may cause some palpitations, but is very unlikley to give you a heart attack unless you are an 80 year old out of shape overweight man. Energy drinks are either loaded with sugar or artifical sweetners, both of which are not good for long sustained energy, the former causing swings in blood sugar and the latter causing bloating. They will not hurt you but are junk and a waste of money.

They will not hurt you but are junk and a waste of money. QFT + Most energy drinks contain HFCS's, and a boatload of sugar. The diet versions usually contain aspartame, an artificial sweetener arguably worse than sugar. Eat + Sleep proper and your energy levels should be fine, for the extra umph, you could have a cup of green tea.

Yea man, I stay away, they dont seem too effective first of all and give you energy for maybe a half hour but then make you even more tired after that. Thats what one of my friends claims who is addicted to monsters and sobe adrenalines. But i dont think they are that great anyway. Its all up to you in the end though.

"Obsession is what the LAZY use to describe dedication"
"You put your faith in Christianity.
I put mine in artillery"
