i quit energy drinks and pop sunday so no need for this info anymore lol thankx tho
currently gaining weight weigh 145 trying for 150+

On heavy lifting days(bench press, etc.)  i take a sugar free amp.  I am in college and find it hard to get enough sleep since i have a roomate.  I do agree that they are not good for you but there is no harm having one or two per week. I honestly find it helpful since it give me that extra burst in my lifts.
