ELBOW PAIN!
-
Monday, July 27, 2009 1:51 PM
( #1 )
I've been lifting hard for about the past 2 months and recently I have been having elbow pain. It started with my left one and is now painful in both elbows...I read about tennis/golfer elbow and am not convinced thats what I have. Any advice with getting rid of the pain, and preventative measures?

Get some MSM lotion and apply it to the area. Start taking Cissus or Glucosamine & Chondroitin with a good fish oil. Should clear up the problem in a few days.

Yea i battle this all the time.My problem is inflammation.Do what Wetdawg suggested and stop doing any exercises that really hurt.Usually the isolation movements like skull crusher and curls are what I lay off of.
