Rocky did not get big and strong from raw eggs, don't do that.

the Danimal Cook them to get the full protein. right. raw are 50% bioavailable. Cooked are 95%. Plus raw eggs are 1) nasty 2) could have you on the ****ter for days.

Nastiest feeling in the world is from drinking raw eggs. Tried it once, never doing it again.

NO need to eat raw eggs. Absolutely no benefit. Lower bioavailability plus an increased risk of food born illness. Cook your eggs. I find boiling a dozen at a time is easiest. Then I have 4 solid mornings worth of eggs ready to go!!

Or use liquid egg whites. They have already been heated to kill the nasties, and the protein is as bioavailable as they are going to get. 1/2 cup is equal to about 5 egg whites. I mix in up to 1 cup with my shakes, and even just mix them with a little chocolate and drink it just like chocolate milk. They have no taste, just whatever you mix with them.

They're quite expensive though, right? Also, how many cups are in a gallon?

1 gallon = 128 ounces = 16 cups.

16 cups = 160 egg whites. So it's about $0.21 per egg white. So about $2.52 a dozen. I have no idea what a dozen eggs sell for right now. For us, the convenience factor alone is worth it.
