Hi. I have a question about ECDY-BOLIN. I am thinking of ordering some but don't know what it is?

Everyone is raving about it for a safe alternative to all these steroids.
I just want to know a> will it give me spots if i have had acne before.
b> When/if i get to the gains i want is it ok to just come off it?
c> Do i just take the recommended dose of 3 tabs a day until i think i have done enough? i.e. gained enough.

I did a quick Google search.. lots of claims.. lots of places wanting to sell this WONDER supplement.. some said it was going to be the most talked about supplement of 2002.. umm.. it's 2003 and I never heard of it.

Here's a write-up from AST.

Nutshell:

Lotta claims but very little if any research behind those claims. Verdict.. another money maker for somebody.
