Gets a great rating on SupplementWatch.com

Basically.. it's like saying all protein is the same. All beer is the same. All cars are the same.

No they are not.

There are various sources. Quality. Places to buy stuff that have higher standards.

EAS got a good review because they felt the company introduced creatine to the market and their source was of high quality.

Hence, they liked it better then other cheaper brands that got their creatine from cheaper sources.

Each 140-calorie serving (43g scoop) of Phosphagen HP provides 5.25 grams of creatine monohydrate, 1,000mg of taurine and 34 grams of carbohydrates (33 grams of sugar). Usage recommendations call for 1 scoop to be mixed with 6-8 ounces of water - with 4-5 servings suggested for the first 5 days followed by 1-2 servings per day thereafter. With a 2-lb. container (21 servings, Fruit Punch Flavor) selling for $27, each serving will cost about $1.29. There are certainly cheaper sources of creatine on the market, but there have also been some serious questions raised regarding the purity of "bargain" sources of creatine (mostly from Chinese manufacturers instead of the higher purity US-made sources). Phosphagen HP will cost $5-6 bucks per day during the recommended "loading phase" ($30 for the 5-day phase) - but recent research suggests that this phase may not even be necessary for users to enjoy the benefits of creatine. As such, the once daily "maintenance phase" should also do the trick at a lower price - which is what we recommend.

Hey, I'm new to the board so I'd just like to introduce myself. Anyways I've used Phosphagen HP numerous times and loved the results. I'm a bit biased towards EAS now due to the results I saw when I first tried it. My opinion, great stuff.

i used phosphagen hp for years, good stuff.

recently i've gone the cheaper route by purchasing the 1000gr containers of creatine and adding dextrose or malto to it.
