I've been looking to EAS's supplements lately and was just curious if anyone here has used them or heard anything about them.

I use EAS's 100% whey protein which is pretty good...their basic creatine mono isnt bad either, but outside of that I wouldn't use any other of their products....like muscle armor which is way overpriced for what you get

But the protein on their website is 'Lite' 'Originial' or 'Delux' didnt really understand the difference, I guess, just amounts of protein? Again, I really appreciate everyones help. As you can see my stack im currently on (my other topic) has completely been shredded so I guess you can say I'm trying to find a new one, and EAS just seems like supplements that will and would work.

The protein's listed as Lite, Originial, and Delux are more geared towards a meal replacement not just a straight 100% Whey EAS makes a 100% whey which is what I use (I get it at Sams Club for $25) any 100% whey is fine like ON or Dymatize Elite. A good creatine is Universal's Storm or any straight creatine mono

Would I still need a NO product before a workout of just take Storm? I really appreciate it man.

Storm is a good creatine, if you want to add an NO product, you can, universal makes one called shock therapy...I stacked storm and shock they work pretty well alot of people seem to like superpump 250 and NO shotgun also

Well, I was just askin because it says to take storm 30 minutes prior to workout and it was talking about the energy and stuff it gives you so didnt know if that meant there was no need for a no product or not. Would Storm and NO Shotgun work well? When I was looking up NO Shotgun I saw they had a pure Glutamine powder, is that needed as well?

I took storm with shock therapy....I took storm 30mins before my workout and shock 15mins before....then another serving of storm post workout....so yes storm and No shotgun would be fine....glutamine powder is not needed, but it doesnt hurt

I know we're getting a little off topic but do you think I should switch proteins as well? From MET-Rx Protein Plus to EAS's 100% Whey? I noticed you're taking Glutamine, if you dont mind which kind do you take? What about Aminos?

Any 100% whey is fine Glutamine, right now I take the Vitamin shoppe store brand (body tech) but after that runs out I am not going to take it anymore (I dont think i Really need it) Aminos are good, but when it comes down to it I dont find them worth the money, plus adding all of these extra supplements...you end up taking 20 different things so how do you know what works and what doesnt
