It's okay. It's mass market stuff.. so it's not top quality. But it's available and cheap. 40g is more like an MRP (meal replacement). Seems a bit much before a workout. Do you feel stuffed when finished? I think you'd do better with a good high quality, 100% whey protein before and after your workout. Then take your EAS shake maybe at 9am, 3pm or another time in the day. Kinda depends on if it's 100% whey.. which I am guessing it is not. quote:
