You didn't miss a whole lot. Sure...it's drinkable but don't DON'T expect Muscle Milk. I wasn't impressed with the taste. And what's up with the 18g of fat? That seems unreasonably high. I'm not sure if I should be using this at night with that kind of fat level...but Cottage cheese gives me the runs in the morning if taken at night (I know, lovely).
Anyways, not worth 20 bucks IMO....barely 10. LOL...
