i have no access to a gym so im doing dynamic tension(body weight only exercise)do u think id gain some muscles by doing what im doing now? My Everyday Workout 150-200 Pushups(in sets to failure) 200 crunches (in sets to failure) 50 Handstand Pushups (in sets to failure) 50 Pullups (in sets to failure) 60 Chinups (in sets to failure) 150 Squats (in sets to failure) and how can i improve this without weights?

well eventually you will just be able to go longer without failure as your muscles adapt, and you will notice muscle growth and an increase in endurance, but you will reach a point where you arent pressuring your muscles enough and will need to add something to your body weight. but to start...i think you should be fine until everything becomes too easy.

yeah like other said in the first month you will probly see like srength increases. thats a lot of press ups lol. if u dont have ny weights get somone to lie on you or sit on your shoulders when you do your press ups. i get my sister to i sit on my bak i think shes like 5 stone i do sets of 10. i usually do this when i go on holiday to replace bench press. its relally good cause you need to make sure you dont make the person on your back fall off so you use muscles to do this.
