Hi... I've just finished week 8 of Max-OT, which means I'm on my rest week. Nice. Greatest workout program I've ever followed!! I've ignored all the supplement ads in the Max-OT program, except the one on dymetadrine extreme....supposedly an energy booster that helps you lift with maximum intensity. I lift later at night and this could be a big help as I am dragging my butt many a night at workout time. Has anyone tried this??? I'm seriously considering making the purchase this week prior to starting my next Max-OT cycle next week. Any info is appreciated! Ciao! -Macka (aka Mack-OT)

Ok.....I started the dymetadrine extreme. I took 1 Tue night before chest. Didn't feel very much. I hurt something in my chest coughing. I have a touch of asthma when it's cold out and asthma is a contra for DX, so I didn't take any on Wed. Tonite (Thu) I took two 1hr before my shoulder/tricep Max-OT workout. I felt nothing. Maybe a little more alert, but that's it. It's funny b/c I actually felt like I had less energy. I had complex carbs (black beans) for lunch at noon, but no more in the afternoon or for dinner. Snacked on some xmas chocolate (my weakness) at the office (which I *NEVER* do). Maybe that's why.....I felt like I was running on empty, so it has been a big let down so far. I'll keep trying it since I have a whole bottle and I'll keep you posted. As it stands, I don't feel like I'll have any trouble falling asleep in an hour after my post workout meal, which is now (11:06PM EDT). Ciao!

My final word on DX....waste of money. Tried it for a week and did absolutely nothing but make me feel a little more awake, and hurt my chest. Perhaps I already lift with enough intensity.....cranking it up any more might be pushing too much.
