Honestly, who the hell cares? If we're training for sarcoplasmic hypertophy, who cares how much we lift? We're not powerlifters. Hence the forum name, "Teenage bodybuilding." Get it? MOP

ORIGINAL: Master Of Puppets Honestly, who the hell cares? If we're training for sarcoplasmic hypertophy, who cares how much we lift? We're not powerlifters. Hence the forum name, "Teenage bodybuilding." Get it? MOP wow its great of you to point out the forum im in now... but dont fool yourself everybody cares about how much they lift and among those are def TEENAGERS. Every teenager in my school cares about how much they lift in the weight room, so dont give me that bs that nobody cares about how much you lift or the post called "TEENAGERS STRENGTH" wouldnt be viewed so many friggin times. Or in the "TRAINING" forum where it says "whats everybodys strength"-- i conclude that tons of people in this forum care about how much they lift... and to pickes im at 95 lbs for about 3 sets of 8 reps
