i saw the exercises in this website http://www.2-fit.com/video/index.html but i dont know what exercises for each part(triceps,chest,biceps) should i use?can anyone give me what steps for each day should i use using this exercises? i already have a bench and some dumbbells...

You could start off with a very basic full body routine. Then move up maybe after 6 months or so.. Here's a Basic Workout Routine You can do many of these with your dumbbells and stuff at home. Maybe not all of them but sub when appropriate.

your workout is comprised of exercises, and those exercises are comprised of sets. say you do bench press, each time you do the movement for however many reps, that is a set. comprendes?
