I feel stupid asking this, but i have a lemonade flavor whey protein drink, and it tastes disgusting. What I was wondering was, is it all right to mix the drink with a Gatorade to increase the taste? I just wanted to make sure it didn't take away its effectiveness.

  If you can't withstand the taste of it, then sure. I don't see the harm other than watching your sugar intake. Some advice-try holding your nose, it works great with microwaved egg whites.

I tried the nose thing...for me....it only works with food.
 
But yeah pirate...try some sugar free juice or sumthing....

the nose thing works for me im sure gatorade would be fine as long as your not trying to cut or worryign to bad about your cal intake and u factor int he cabrs and other stuff
