Ok, I have a dumb question. What good exercises for burning fat/cardio witout going to a gym? Thanks to my job I've gained 20lbs of fat in my midsection and need to get that out.. plus need to tone my abs but I'll just use that sticky 8pack made. :)

run on an empty stomach in morning or late afternoon cuz of lower temps so u can run longer and the empty stomach causes the body to use acess amounts of body fat as energy water is fine to have in your stomach though

When you wake up in the morning drink a cup of cofee then run a few miles with high intensity. The cofee has caffine in it which helps burn fat and also a quick boost of energy with low calories.

Then come home take a shower and eat breakfast.
