Drinkable Turkey - Wednesday, April 15, 2009 7:48 PM ( #1 )
My current meal plan.  I've added a ton of mass, since I started working out at the beginning of this year.  I've gone from 5'9", 160 pounds to 175 pounds, and I've lost 0.5 inches off of my waist.  However, I still have a considerable amount of body fat, and I am looking to lose that while conserving as much muscle mass as possible.

I've been doing this diet for a week now, and I think this may be what I need achieve my goal.

Please critique.  Thank you!

Breakfast:
Two eggs sunny side up, one piece of whole wheat toast (made with naturally milled sugar not corn syrup)

Pre-workout:
One protein bar (38g protein, 23g carb, 15g fat)

Post workout:
Boil 6 ounces of skinless, boneless turkey breast until it's fall apart tender.  Puree in blender with 24 ounces of skim milk until it's completely liquified.  Mix in two scoops of whey protein powder (total 48g protein, 0g carb, 0g fat), and 10 mg of creatine.  Yes, it's disgustingly good....

3 more times throughout the day
:
Same turkey/protein drink as above, but without the creatine and with an added 24 ounces of skim milk.

For your reference... I wake up at 10:00 AM, and I go to bed at 10:00 PM.

dude, that sounds downright nasty. Are you at least drinking the liquid it is boiled in as you likely are boiling out all the nutrients.

Too much liquid.  Get some more solid foods in.

your shake is a little over kill on the protein.  supposedly the average body can take in ~30 grams of protein in one sitting.  your shake has way more than 30g lol, may want to reconsider that and split it up or you will be wasting a ton of protein.
