Okay here is my status at the beginning of week 3.
I have changed my Diet.
Before I worried about it... I ate a Mt. Dew and snickers for Breakfast
Lunch was usually two slices of Pizza from the pizza joint accross the street from where I work
Dinner was usually in a rush so it was BK or McDonalds
Usually had about 4 cups of coffee and a 4 Mt. Dews per day
Now I wake up and have a glass of Green Tea with a Protein Bar.
After I get to work I usually have a ham Omelete and water.
Lunch is either 2 Tuna Sandwiches or 2 Chicken Breast Sandwitches or a Salad with Tuna.
I usually snack though out the day on Apples, bananas, peaches, Green Beans, Asparagus or brocholi... I mix it up all day long.
For dinner I usually have a chicken breast or two depending on how hungry I am.
For dessert I usually have a tuna salad.
I am averaging about 3200 calories a day. about 170-180 grams of protien.... As much as I count...
As far as work out I am currently doing:
Monday - Chest and Abs
Tuesday - Arms
Wend - Bike ride
Thurs - Shoulders and Back
Fri - Legs and Abs
Sat - Off
Sun - Jogged
I am still trying to find the right excersises for me. I have been doing something different each workout.
I have also kept the same distance for running but I jog half way now and throw a couple of sprints in there. 2 weeks ago I was running 3 quarters and walking the rest.
I am sure it is all in my head but I see a difference and my wife says my sagy man boobs have gotten smaller. I actually have gained 8 lbs in the past 3 weeks. But I was able to put on a pair of pants with a 33 inch waist and I am now wearing a belt for my 34 inch Pants.
I have also noticed little things that I don't think is possible so I am sure it is in my head... Things like one of my favorite shirts is tight in the shoulders now. and another shirt is tight in the arms now. I really don't believe I can be making a change that quick. I am just happy that I have more energy now and have not had any Coffee or Soda in over a week and a half. Okay I had a couple of Root Beers but they don't have Caffeine...
