Okay here is my status at the beginning of week 3.
I have changed my Diet. 
Before I worried about it...  I ate a Mt. Dew and snickers for Breakfast
Lunch was usually two slices of Pizza from the pizza joint accross the street from where I work
Dinner was usually in a rush so it was BK or McDonalds
Usually had about 4 cups of coffee and a 4 Mt. Dews per day

Now I wake up and have a glass of Green Tea with a Protein Bar.
After I get to work I usually have a ham Omelete and water.
Lunch is either 2 Tuna Sandwiches or 2 Chicken Breast Sandwitches or a Salad with Tuna.
I usually snack though out the day on Apples, bananas, peaches, Green Beans, Asparagus or brocholi...  I mix it up all day long.
For dinner I usually have a chicken breast or two depending on how hungry I am.
For dessert I usually have a tuna salad.
I am averaging about 3200 calories a day.  about 170-180 grams of protien....  As much as I count...

As far as work out I am currently doing:
Monday - Chest and Abs
Tuesday - Arms
Wend - Bike ride
Thurs - Shoulders and Back
Fri - Legs and Abs
Sat - Off
Sun - Jogged

I am still trying to find the right excersises for me.  I have been doing something different each workout.
I have also kept the same distance for running but I jog half way now and throw a couple of sprints in there.  2 weeks ago I was running 3 quarters and walking the rest.
I am sure it is all in my head but I see a difference and my wife says my sagy man boobs have gotten smaller.  I actually have gained 8 lbs in the past 3 weeks.  But I was able to put on a pair of pants with a 33 inch waist and I am now wearing a belt for my 34 inch Pants.
I have also noticed little things that I don't think is possible so I am sure it is in my head...  Things like one of my favorite shirts is tight in the shoulders now.  and another shirt is tight in the arms now.  I really don't believe I can be making a change that quick.  I am just happy that I have more energy now and have not had any Coffee or Soda in over a week and a half.  Okay I had a couple of Root Beers but they don't have Caffeine...

PS I am trying to quit smoking so that is why I am snacking on veggies and fruit all day long

Wow man thats a humongus transformation. Props, and more props if you stick with it. It's awesome having all your clothes fit better and after a few months you'll get so many compliments from friends and coworkers.

Wow man thats a humongus transformation. Props, and more props if you stick with it. It's awesome having all your clothes fit better and after a few months you'll get so many compliments from friends and coworkers.

I think the biggest change is my diet.  Like I said in my post I see the difference but I think it all has to do with my head.  I was always quick on toning up when I was younger but I hit a Plateu real quick also.  That is why I usually stop working out.
Hopefully when I get to that point you can all keep me motivated and help me though it.

Long Break-8 - Sunday, June 26, 2005 7:59 AM
I mean Long break without Internet so I have not been able to leave notes.  I moved a couple of weeks ago (Moving a household is a great workout).
My wife got a little upset since the first thing I movesd and set up was my home gym.
I moved about an hour away from the gym I was using so I am using the home gym more now.
My current split is:
Monday:  Chest and Abs
Tuesday: Shoulders and Back
Wend:  Cardio
Thursday:  Arms and Abs
Friday:  Legs
Sat:  Off
Sun: Cardio
 
My diet has been slacking.  I am making sure that I am getting around 175 grams of protien.  I am not watching my calorie intake anymore.  I am eating when I get hungry which is around 6-8 times a day.
I am still a lot weaker than I want to be but I have increased all workout weight by at least 15 lbs.
My first goal of going around with my shirt off and not getting embarrased is very close.  If I am flexing I can actually start to see my abs...

Creatine: Want to check it out to see if I notice anything
Multi Vitamins
Whey Protien
