New Routine: Mon, Wed, Fri: Biceps Forearms Back Triceps Shoulders Chest Legs somewhere in there Doing full body work outs for a change now. Lets see how that goes for the next few weeks...

Im way too lazy to keep this updated, but ill be working out tonight maybe...so ill try to update this after the work out. Also, my diet is crap now and been like that for a few weeks...just eating tv dinners and fast food, oh well...its all cool.

ok I really dont think I've made any progress in the past few months...except my strenth...my max bench went up like 40 lbs if not more so thats pretty good i guess. now here are new pics with the old one to compare :-/ actually from looking at my journal and what I was doing before, I realized that my strength didnt go that much up, maybe like 10 or 20 lbs on bench not 40.
