Close grip bench - 95 lbs 2-3 sets of 5-6

just letting you know that this actually works your triceps and there is no need to do it on chest day.
 

Not sure what this is called but its like holding a bar with palms facing you and you start with your arms extened upwards and you pull down sort of like a pull up but you are sitting and pulling the weights down. - 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps 


this works your lats and is not a direct bicep movement.  better to do it on back day. 
 
i know you didn't ask for it but im just trying to help.

In my strength training anatomy book, its considered an excercise for the inner pecs

yea guys, im not using that routine any more...so i appriciate the comments but I already knew all that and my routine is completely different now.

havent been here in a while, but so far i had no improvements in anything. I didn't gain any weight for a few months now...Back when i started using ON's protein i gained like 10 lbs in 1 month and after that it was a dead end and im stuck at like 145-147 lbs.

I started using Cell Tech and Muscle Milk today and going to see how that goes. I'll post a pic of me for a "before" pic and will finally start updating my journal again. Here' goes...

7:00am - 2 scoops of Cell Tech
7:45am - a bowl of cereal
10:30am - 2 scoops of Muscle Milk(tasted kinda bad even with milk...i dont know what everyone is talking about...lol)
1:00pm - Steak with some veges(lunch I guess lol)
3:30pm - 3 Ham Sandwitches
3:35pm - 2 scoops of Cell Tech
4:00pm - Back/Shoulder's workout
6:00pm - 3 Ham Sandwitches
8:30pm - Steak
9:30pm - Crunch icecream

ok my room was so messed up that I just had to paint over all the mess...lol you can still see what I look like tho even tho half of the pic is covered up in white paint

Oh and this morning I weighed myself and I was about 150 lbs, but I drink so much water all the time, that I dont know my normal weight any more lol. So I'll estimate it at 148.5 lbs or something.

Also Today, I finally got my driving licence today! Yeah! I don't even know how I failed it the first try...it was so easy.

8:00am - Full glass of milk(didnt have time for cereal lol)
11:30am - Chicken pattie burger, an apple, cookie and some cheetos with a carton of milk....school lunch sucks
3:30pm - Steak with a glass of milk
4:00pm - 2 scoops of Cell Tech
4:30pm - Traps work out
5:30pm - 2 scoops of Muscle Milk
7:30pm - I think I ate some Ham Sandwiches
9:30pm - Chicken soup from a can

9:30pm - ham sandwich

2:30pm - tried to cook 4 eggs and they tasted like ****!! so i ate like half of them and drank 2 cups of milk
3:00pm - 2 scoops of Cell Tech(last for the loading phase)
3:30pm - Chest work out...my favorite one! The only one where I actually am exhausted and soar afterwards
4:30pm - 2 scoops of Muscle Milk...omg this stuff gives me serious stomach aches and bloats me to hell where i can barely stand and my stomach would stick out further than my chest...not a good feeling.
6:30pm - soup
8:30pm - some crap lol

How did you eat the egg whites raw? like just chug them down? did you mix it with anything?... Its making me gag thinking about it

well Ive been drinkin raw eggs whole for a while now...with yolk and whites all together and I would just break them into a glass like 5-6 eggs and just down them as fast as I can, then drink lots of milk and water to get rid of the after taste...and the other day I read that you can only eat/drink like 5 yolks a week so I decided to separate the whites from the yolk and I just drank those and threw away the yolks. Fills you up very fast.
