I started using Cell Tech and Muscle Milk today and going to see how that goes. I'll post a pic of me for a "before" pic and will finally start updating my journal again. Here' goes...
7:00am - 2 scoops of Cell Tech
7:45am - a bowl of cereal
10:30am - 2 scoops of Muscle Milk(tasted kinda bad even with milk...i dont know what everyone is talking about...lol)
1:00pm - Steak with some veges(lunch I guess lol)
3:30pm - 3 Ham Sandwitches
3:35pm - 2 scoops of Cell Tech
4:00pm - Back/Shoulder's workout
6:00pm - 3 Ham Sandwitches
8:30pm - Steak
9:30pm - Crunch icecream
