Drakarn, cutting month.

I've been working out since summer and lifting heavy weights and getting stronger and bigger. I want to try to see if I can get more defined in one month, lose some fat, and compare the two sets of pics. Today and December 1st. Here are from today: (upperbody)

Did you know there's a lady standing behind you in the first pic? lol, anyways, I think you look more in need of a bulk than a cut, but to each his own.

Mmm man.. Your going to cut from 156lbs... You do have a small frame but umm.. you would be awful thin if you cut from there.. I got a buddy right now at 5 ' 11 160lbs 4% BF Looks dope.. But it's just a very very nice illusion I mean his arms are only a little over an inch bigger then my forearms. Why not just continue to bulk to say 180lbs then do a cut to 150lbs? Your choice though, your avatar is bad ass BTW. You might also be able to get into modeling after a nice cut. I would do something with the eye brows, but your face will lean out and look more distinguished. Just a suggestion, since your not a bad looking kid.

Yeah I can see that! First 4 abdominals coming out. Strange your weight went up but your abdominals are starting to show.. What does the diet look like? You just started back at it again didn't you?

My diet is a mess really, I eat everything...hot pockets, pizza, burgers, chicken, fish, meat, eggs, tofu, sushi, i dont even know...lol I keep switching work out routines every few weeks tho. Last 4 weeks I've been doing a heavy weight routine and increased my strength significantly, but my endurance died. So now I'm switching it up to a more intense routine, a fast paced work out to get my stamina back and get more defined, but try to keep getting bigger. Another goal i have for the next few weeks is to get my shoulders and biceps stronger because I haven't worked them out at all last few weeks. And yes, I destroyed my abs in these 4 weeks

ya know i've been doing full body routines 3 times a week, i went from 147lbs to 168.5lbs (weighed myself today) but i lost the abdominal muscles i once had and my stamina is crap, is there anyway to try and incorporate a workout in that'll increase my stamina and endurance while i'm still bulking?

From my personal experience, you can't bulk and increase stamina/endurance at the same time. You have to pick one and work on that for best results. If you want to bulk, then you will have to give up your stamina and endurance for a while. But if you want to work on your stamina and endurance, you have to work with lighter weights and shorter breaks between sets. You could always just eat a lot more and you will most likely keep bulking.
