pullups: 2 x 8 @ 50 lb assist, 5 @ 45 lb assist, 4 @ 50 lb (last time was @ 55 lbs, not 45 lbs. (next time do 50 lbs the whole time)
cable chest press: 2 x 8 @ 60 lbs, 8 @ 70 lbs (I think, next time just do 60 for all?)
machine squat: 2 x 8 @ 100 lbs, 2 x 8 @ 120 lbs
cable oh press: 2 x 8 @ 40 lbs, 8 @ 45 lbs
cable rows: 8 @ 70, 8 @ 85, 8 @ 100
cable flies: 2 x 8 @ 40 lbs, 8 @ 45 lbs

This morning:

162 lbs.  That was 3 lbs short of my goal for 12.31.  sigh.

the good news is that at 33 y/o, I gained 30 lbs in 7 months - about 20 lbs muscle, 10 lbs fat.

looking forward to cutting, because this fat is disgusting me, but I'm gonna push through to 175 lbs by the end of march.

tonight:
incline bench: 2 x8 @ 88, 8 @ 93
one armed rows (each side): 3 x 8 @ 54
sldl: 3 x 8 @ 118
squats: 3 x 8 @ 118 (still need more plates here...) knees aren't feeling good :(
forearm curls (each side) : 8 @ 25, 2 x 8 @ 35.  my wrist positioning on my presses is bad, they roll back, going to work on my forearms to correct this ??  My hands are small, so hard to grip the bar.

Your weight keeps going up, that's awesome!  I kept feeling disappointed when I weighed myself every morning and watched it fluctuate.  I finally got to the point where I only stepped on the scale on Friday mornings and recorded that.  At least that way, everytime I stepped on it I weighed more than the last time.  Just alittle mental game to play.  :)

Long live us skinny guys!  At 38, I stared at 130# at 5' 10".  I'm now hovering around 165#.  I just need to re-adjust my diet since I haven't gained in a couple months.

great progress man..same here always been skinny. went from around 110 to 157-160 now. its hard work but it pays off.

squats: 3 x 8 @ 188.  moved from the waist first - this did the trick on taking the stress off my knees, which have had a couple weeks to rest now.

This morning & yesterday morning: 169 lbs.  I think that benadryl for my cold is making me retain some water.

yesterday, gym workout, mid-afternoon, did not go so well.

cable chest press: 3 x 8 @ 60 lbs
pullups: 2 x 8 @ 45 lb assist, 8 @ 40 lb assist
cable oh press: 3 x 8 @ 60 
cable flyes: put the weight in at 60, squeezed out 4, and failed, then couldn't get anything going on. 
cable rows: 3 x 8 @ 100
squat machine: 3 x 8 @ 120
different ab machine: 8 @ 100, 2 x 8 @ 110?

went home.  bah.  crappy workout.
